Using the games

When you download or play a STARVING GAMES game, we give you permission to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The game, its art, music and code belong to us or their authors; you may not copy, sell or modify them for distribution.

Purchases

In-game purchases (such as "Remove ads") and paid games are bought in the store you download them from: Google Play or Steam. Prices, payments and refunds follow that store's rules. If something doesn't work, write to us at developercukiti@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

Ads

Some free games show optional rewarded ads. Rewards are given as the game describes them; if an ad fails, you can try again. More details in Ads.

Online play

In games with online matches or rooms, cheating, abusing bugs to harm others, impersonating anyone or using offensive names or messages is not allowed. We may suspend players who do.

No warranty

We make our games with care and maintain them as best we can, but they are provided "as is". We may change, update or remove content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages from using the games; nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
